End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Citrus Data (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our data and technology services, applications, and integrations available through CitrusData.net (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Permitted Use

You may use the Service to manage, analyze, and integrate your business data, including through authorized third-party connections such as Intuit QuickBooks. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

Restrictions

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; use the Service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

Third-Party Services

The Service may connect to third-party platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Citrus Data. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citrus Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
